One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been mentoring students entering the biomedical engineering and medical tech fields. Their energy, curiosity, and ambition remind me of why I started this journey in the first place.
It’s not just about passing on knowledge — it’s about helping others find their purpose. Whether it's reviewing resumes, sharing real-world challenges, or simply being a sounding board, mentorship is a powerful way to give back.
And here’s what I’ve learned: Sometimes, the most meaningful impact you make isn’t in a boardroom or a lab. It’s in a single conversation that lights a spark in someone else’s journey.
